just signed up to what i think will be my saving grace..ive been in pain for a decade and agony for 2 self medicating..until you guessed i couldnt go on so of to the drs.. 20 muscle shots, 4 wks of 5 various pills, 1 cream and 1 foam and then i was told to go for an insole fitting..1.5cm..just over half inch..well for the life of me i couldnt get my head round this..no explanation..questions unanswered..ive a painful spine my knees hurt, cramps, locked ankles, painful tight thighs..the list goes on..as you say you know the rest..so to be told to go for an insole fitting was baffling..so here i am tossing and turning in bed head spinning..INTERNET..see what the oracle says..is it fate yours was the 2nd site i looked at and thought this is me..insole delivered in 3 days..will let you know the results..so excited..life with pain is rough..im usually a happy fun chap and i aint been liking myself too much recently..horrible thing to say about yourself..but i can feel hope..thanks..0130am im shattered..muscle relaxants, diazepam..but im smiling..sorry for the rant.
